You're invited to color, scribble, write words, draw additional shapes, or make a complete mess of the page by ripping, tearing, or crumpling it up. Pro-tip, practice turning the coloring book in all directions as you work on each page. You will feel different things as you turn the drawing around. One side may feel the drawing is complete and as soon as you turn it, you'll feel there is more to add. Or you'll be working with one color and as soon as you turn the book you'll feel to start working with another color. Choose to trust those feelings.

Remember, what you create doesn't have to look pretty because you're learning to feel more than what your physical eyes can see or conscious mind can create. The intuitive coloring page is complete when you feel calm and peaceful. The mantra I recommend instilling in yourself to better understand your intuition is "I choose to follow the peace". Acting on intuition brings immense inner peace, sometimes only after we work through some discomfort though. Feeling and following the peace takes time and practice. I learned to follow the peace by actually making choices that were not bringing me peace. A large component of learning to follow your intuition is discerning light from the dark, especially how they feel inside of you.
